My advice...

You don't want to try too hard as desperation will put her off you.

Don't travel abroad as potential for delays and stress and you'll spend of lot of the time travelling.

Take her to see the Phantom of the Opera stage show in London, get dressed smart, and have a bottle of champage in your hotel room.
