I'd still like to see us try to convert Snoddy into a central midfielder

He can pass and put himself about a bit and he doesn't really contribute much in practice (apart from falling over to win free kicks) from the wide right position he seems entrenched in, he just slows everything up by having to cut back onto his left foot.
