Techy help required please

MY PHONE IS FUCKED

Samsung galaxy GT-S5690 XCover

it keep looking up and going to sleep. Then when it comes back on there is no service for a few seconds.

the wi-fi indicator is permanently on and it is eating the life out of the battery.

It won't even let me do a factory restore.

Oh and I can't do a smell up the USB because it's one of those titchy ones
