You get one for an obvious goalscoring opportunity. Marginal IMO.

And I wonder if the reason he blew is the fact the foul went on seemingly for ages. It looked like a wrestling hold FFS. Not sure how he could've foresaw a potential advantage out of he clinch it looked. Typically advantage is given for fouls that are ridden or narrowly avoided by the victim.
