Grandad was Commander for 300, as in bomber commander, my uncle is getting thing together.

medals etc as I want to find out about my family, but he's in memorial for 300 in Poland and he flew the Lancasters after the two years. He shot his own gunner in the leg with his side gun for opening fire on an upturned U-boat, not because they were German, just he didn't give the order. I don't belive the last bit. Wish the Wrath could meet him with his Malboro. But yes, he was a 300 commander. I will find out, and I will. :) Only my untie and I talk about past history, you try looking up Wing Commander Robert Rymarz and you'll find nothing. I find that weird. How can you be the Base Commander (and I know there are some RAF chaps on here) of Strike Command and nothing. I can sort of see why but I'm proud.
