Citing costs of altering all the gantry work that had been done at the time. Given we've doubled that in the past couple of months id say it's even less likely now.

Think we had three options:
6000 seater plus realistic chance of second tier
8000 seater with some chance of second tier
12000 seater with no chance of secod tier
