Q7: For all the good things said about the academy, why have so few players broken through

into the first team in recent years? What can be done to ensure that the academy is a source of players for our team?

A7: Premier League is the most successful in the world, so it's incredibly difficult for a player to break into. The Elite Player Performance Plan is the way we try to get academy scholars to achieve this.
