Whole thing raises deep moral and legal issues but

As England are playing I suggest we leave it there. I do take your point. I just felt in this case it was pretty clear that from early on the case was not there to secure a conviction so am surprised the case was ever brought.

Maybe there are elements of the evidence that have never been public ally revealed.
