The CPS were wrong then weren't they

I don;t like that decision in this instance because I think bringing cases of such severity on the basis of one person's word against another is dangerous. You may disagree but personally I think that there should have to be more than that to bring a prosecution and think that even applying the criteria you outline above, the judgment to prosecute surely has to be questioned in this instance.

We shall therefore just have to agree to disagree.
