I'd have a great big problem with it.

A large % of our squad would have no football for those 6 weeks which would put us at a disadvantage to clubs whose players are playing and retaining match fitness and sharpness.
Its a 6 week break to football just as things are getting interesting.
It will mean the close season is stupidly short and i actually like a summer break.
