In my first week at uni I bought loads of boxes of pasta sheets by mistake, thought they were bags of pasta shells (we were doing a huge bulk Tesco delivery order)

I thought I was being really clever by stocking up for the year, in the end I had to give them all away to my Mum - no way did I have time to start making lasagne from (almost) scratch, especially in a constant state of hangover
