Dubs, I think Hughton and Redmond's advisers (well I hope so anyway) would explain

he will still get his big money move someday (barring a career-threatening injury of course) if he continues to develop at Norwich playing week-in-week-out

I think the only reason Brum sold was because they need the dosh and he's one of the few assets they had left

we do not need to sell, and if we did I would suspect the offer would have to be very very high, in the 10s of millions at least (young british player premium remember, plus he'd be worth it in my opinion in the not too distant future)

Redmond seems to have his head screwed on right, I don't think he would kick up a fuss if we reject the first offer tbh - like Bale for instance, he left in his prime, would make sense for all parties if the same happens with Nathan, hopefully a few years down the line though!
