The key is to spot it, and then don't read

You might you're reading the first line of the reply, then you see the name. Once you see the name, don't read on

Even if the reply on the first line is reasonable, or one you agree with, or agrees with you, don't reply or take any of it in, read the other replies

None of it bothers me, I just think it's a bit weird. I would actually read it and reply if I hadn't seen the days where it turns and starts being offensive. That's the bit I find weird, the bit where it's all controlled and methodical, and then it just has to snap. That's what I don't accept, and then I gloss over future ones
