I think RVW is fine, I would have kept him on

Probably would have scored on Sat if Redmond had played him in on the 2 occasions he could have - the first, Redmond was entitled to shoot and at least worked the keeper, but at the end, he just didn't play the right ball.

Alls I'm saying is, I trust RVW to score if he only gets one chance, in a way that I've rarely trusted players for us in the past. We'll only improve in giving him the sort of service he needs, but at the moment, we're not doing it enough.

Players have different strengths. Pilkington, for example, is a good example of a player who needs to come off if it's not working for him. Snodgrass is a player who often produces a goal/chance, even when he's not having a good game.
