'Our level' is not a level entity though

It's how effective a player is under different circumstances.
I would rate BJ as our worst player, for example - but he was extremely effective on Saturday, & deserved his place.

KK is a technically a far inferior player to RVW, but under some circumstances he would be much more effective, & offers something none of our other players do.
