I've booked us in at the back room of The Retching Rabbit, Deptford on Friday night. On at 9, supporting an RnB DJ, but don't let that put you off - just wear a baseball hat and say "yo muthaf**kas" a few times in between songs.

"The Man" will be turning up at about 8 with his wares - just steer clear of the brown stuff. Might have to bring your own groupies though
