it's not always easy for people to talk about stuff they don't really understand dubs

doesn't mean they don't care I'm sure

it's a shame mental health issues aren't as openly discussed as other medical illnesses or injuries, like legs, arms, back etc (even metatarsals!)

at least you can freely discuss stuff on here though, hey :)
