Team v Southampton

I think the first team virtually picks itself v Southampton:

Ruddy

Whittaker Turner Bennett Garrido

Snodgrass Tettey Fer Pilkington

RVW Elmander

The exceptions are:

1. Elmander or Howson - really tough decision but I think Elmander's goal threat just shades it over having Howson as the extra midfielder as Snod and Pilks should be able to provide enough service.

2. Fer or Howson - Howson is dodgy in front of the back 4 but Fer seems quite laid back. Both can be a goal threat.

3. Garrido or Olsson - They are very similar players. Both good going forward, both dodgy at defending. There really isn't much at all to choose between them.

4. Bennett or Martin - we need a new central defender.
