I think with Redmond someone needs to sit him down and tell him

to just run up and down the touch line...get to the byeline and t**t the ball in the box. For the moment I think thats all he needs to do...for the team. In time I think if he gets a bit closer to RvW you could see some nice interplay from them though ricky hangs out mostly on the right.
