True, particularly when you're playing players terribly out of position

Howson on the wing will take some undoing, and Fer as the support - when Redmond would be *perfect* for the role - still rankles.

I like Hughton and I get he was a little stretched in certain positions, but playing players where they are best is pretty straightforward. Fer was wasted.
