he definitely deserves better service

and the way our midfield was organised yesterday didn't achieve that

perhaps we rightly expected a mid with fer in to do better, and hopefully we will get that correct balance soon, especially if we can get fully-fit Snod back and possibly even mix up Redmond and pilks a bit so it's not so predictable

it's a real shame about E Benno come to think of it now, some of his crossing and getting to the by-line would have been massively welcomed yesterday, i'm sure RvW would've appreciated the service too

what was very disappointing was the service through the middle though, with the players we had out there (Redmond, Fer, Howson, Tettey etc) good quality balls for RvW to run onto were almost non-existent - that has to improve going forward, wingers or no wingers!
