On way home. thoughts after the game

really poor. Like watching us away for the 10 years pre Lambert. Players were like strangers to each other. loads of misplaced and over hit passes. No fluidity to the game. Just never got going.

Really disappointed in Fer on this first showing.
Redmond electric but wrong final decisions a lot of the time.

Martin unusually poor and him & Turner's partnership wasn't working. Bassong can't come back quickly enough.

Howson anonymous on the right but looked like he was at the end of last season in the 2nd half when came inside.

Lots of doom and gloom below but will allow time for team to settle in before coming to any conclusions.

What does worry me though is a fear I've had since the summer is that the 'run through brick walls' team has been dismantled. Been replaced clearly with quality but worried that the character of the team we've had for a few years has gone.

back home to Sunny Hunny for some fish and Chips and to forget about this result over the bank Holiday before back home to the Shire!
