Oh dear.

Lots of emotive statements and responses and the thing is that they could be fully justified. Why spend millions on attacking flair to just set up a team in such a predictably and naively negative system. To be a successful manager, especially at Prem level, surely it's a prerequisite that you have to be flexible with formations, tactics and personnel.
