Didn't Einstein famously say this once:

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

Unless Hughton is insane, which I very much doubt he is tbh, I'd say there's a slight possibility he might be open to the odd change of approach now and again in search of results.

Having said that, if he lines up all 4 CMs in their own half all game, I too will be less than impressed at FT

Willing to award him the benefit of doubt for the time being though, considering KO is still not upon us yet
