My Dad was dying of cancer at home--

and I moved in with Mum 'til it happened. The doc said only 1 or 2 days to go after he had hardly stirred for a week. I went into his room that evening and he was getting out of bed!
"Got to get up and go and buy the Pink 'un" he stated. It wasn't even match day. We put him back in bed and he died the next day. Last words he ever said.
