Norwich For Jobs Campaign

I don't understand how any jobs could have been created as a result of this campaign (PR stunt). It seems they are just trying to claim credit for every job created in Norwich.

Tory MP Chloe Smith seems to behind it... and yet she voted to cut hundreds of local NHS jobs etc.
