Transfer ambition has raised our profile internationally

Can't help thinking there's a lot of "smoke & mirrors" in supposed transfer interests as managers manoeuvre to get a favourable deal with players they really want. Not sure we were ever really in for Quag,Toivonen or Alderwierld, but a lot of potential future signings have heard of us now.
