IMO, I'm happy with the signing:

adds more quality than Morison, Bechio, Jackson and Kamara

A full Sweden International, picked ahead of Toivonen (who we wanted to splash the best part of ?5m on)

A Champions League striker

Premiership experience

Personally, I think he is just what we need in the short term to give us squad depth. I can see us still spending a wedge on a 3rd striker too and moving Bechio on.
