So we agree we could improve our ppg against any sub set of prem teams

and get relegated or we could also finish above last season's position. Alternatively we could do worse against that same sub set and also be relegated or improve our league position....So all in all proving nothing other than there are loads of possibilities, given you are taking an already small data set and making it even smaller.
