I think he's the most important player. The reason why is that he is so good at forcing the opposition to make mistakes and he wins the ball back.

When other midfield players make a tackle, the ball often goes straight back to the opposition.

When Elliott Bennett plays on the right, Tettey and EB work really well together and that allows our right-back to get forward as Whit' did so well v Everton.
