And clearly they'd be squad players as opposed to starters. If we look to sign more strikers it will need to be players who are happy to come and be behind RVW and Hoops in the pecking order.

From what I've read and heard the Elmander deal would be about ?500k fee and ?10k wages. That's not appalling business for a squad option.

Also it hopefully leaves us sufficient funds for a decent No. 10 & possibly a centre half.
