it lacks style and respect and might make your current employers think you are a bit of a dickwad.

not saying holt is a dickwad as i haven't heard the interview, i'm just saying why perhaps slagging off your (ex) employers isn't the brightest thing for a professional to do in any walk of life. if you have a grievance, sort it out properly don't b***h like a spoiled brat afterwards. that sort of stuff. like adults do.
