Yes. It most certainly does depend on the individual

...like all drugs.

Each drug will have a different effect on different people.
Some get pissed on 2 pints some need 20.
Some get funny, some get arguementative.
Some get violent, some get sleep.
Everybody's different which makes it hard to regulate.
