Saw him Saturday, he came on and played really well, full of energy down the right side in defence and attack. He continued that tonite. Obviously got 90mins at LB, against a pacy Walcott and Zaha, but he was chuffing awesome! Again, energetic, sound tackling, with good passing in support of a well drilled midfield. It's fair to say he got skinned for the 1st, but he looked a complete package, fit and ready for the season ahead. I for one have been impressed, and think he must have a strong chance of featuring in Hoots plans.
