Does seem a bit of a potential scam that if he gets 19000 entries

Then the winner just gets a cash prize of ?20,000 rather than the penthouse but the guy running it has raked in ?190,000.

Would have thought it would be better just to say everyone can reclaim their money less a small admin fee.
