If we stay up the anti Worthingtons will say it was inspite of him and we were lucky and will still want him out. If we go down the Worthington supporters will point to lack of money and player commitment. There is no absolute right or wrong here because there are so many issues and so many ways to interpret them.
I wish I could have the courage to say I absolutely think Worthington should go. I waiver on that point and sometimes think he should but I'm not brave enough to completely go with it. I really don't know whats right or wrong here, I just know I would rather wait until relegation really is a possibility. I know technically it is now but I don't think anyone can realistically tell as yet. I'm not happy with certain things Worthington has done but for all the bad things he has done he has also done good things. I really dont know what the answer is but I just worry that sacking would cost us a fortune and we are not guaranteed the new manager would be any better. Better the devil you know I guess (for now).
