Which is a reasonable assessment, in many ways.

All that says is that many of the sides are roughly the same in quality.

Personally, I think we'll be a bit below where we finished last two years. Last year was just uber tight and we lucked out a bit. The year before, we ran on momentum. Now, we've likely improved but will be a bit less lucky.
