I think if we knew what % of athletes were on PED's over the years we would be shocked........thats just my opinion based on the evidence that the % of people getting caught is not the true % of cheats.

The evidence showed that one of the worlds most successful athletes tested athletes was a cheat for virtually his whole career without getting caught.
