I understand the tendency to presume guilty before innocent, but surely

Bolt's biomechanics have a lot to do with it?? i.e. you can see he is always slow to get going, until his levers are in the right place, and then he simply outstrides people at the same leg speed as him...

I can't see any reason (other than guilty by association) to call him 'dodge central'...
