Well incook's case he doesn't get forward enough when the balls full,he goes about 7/8 inc

ross and about 8/9 inches forward,i must say it surprised me it him so long to sort out kp's stance against left arm spin as,as it was frigging obvious he was far too open and either needed to introduce a trigger movement or close his stance up abit.
