Glad you're optimistic

I agree, it shouldn't be that difficult - but having seen some of the struggles some folks have had extracting their previous season tickets from wallets/pockets when they reach the gate, my confidence is low. Add in any system issues - biggest weakness I see is that there is a person on the turnstile, but they can't over ride it.
