I got a special offer

My letter says it'll cost me ?20 if I looses it:) Also got a helpful leaflet with all sorts of info on what colour the machine goes when I stick my ticket in, and all the super duper things that'll be coming with the new tickets. Don't tell me which way to stick it in though, nor do it tell me if the phone wipes it!
