When did you order/get confirmation ?

I phoned yesterday asking if there was a problem with getting tickets out as I ordered my Panathanaikos ticket online well over a week ago and was told if game is over a week away they use UK Mailing - which can take 7 to 10 days - if game is iminent they use Royal Mail.
