It'll be service based so neither really, although closer to cash rich I guess.

As no production, and quite possibly no office space either (at least initially) overheads will be minimal as will debt/loans.

Basically I'll be consulting, got some possibles lined up see if they pan out, and stay S/E as long as there is work. If it dries up I'll got back into employment.
