perhaps he thought he was posting on a football internet forum board

Where everyone has

the internet
electricity
and a fair chance they spend some disposable income on supporting their club (in various forms over the years)

i doubt he would discuss the same topic within a deprived area of africa full of orphaned and starving children

just a guess though
