Unless I'm mistaken...

Nursey hates the Wolf because the Wolf ate Nursey's grandma and dressed up in her nightie. Likewise, the Wolf hates Nursey because Nursey mistook him for his Grandma and told him he had a big nose, or something.

It escalated from there, basically.
