i kind of agree. but said tipster would have to be succesful regularly in order for a

large amount of people to follow him and place enough bets to move the market. Otherwise it wouldnt work. So the tipster could be successful but still be risk averse and close out their positions once the market had moved meaning a guarenteed profit, but his success would be directly related to the results he called anyway.
