but when you get to medical level in conversations, nearly everything you do, every day is wrong (if you get me)
It's bad for you to eat late at night, it's bad for you to not sleep enough, it's bad for you to inhale car fumes whilst cycling to work, it's bad for you to breath in air con all day long etc etc
They're right, but what you said rings true, the lesser of the 2 evils is still better
