he looks to have what you probably need, and will save you a lot of time through trial and error
Sounds like once you learn to manage the habit, then you'd conquer it
Different subject altogether, but I'm about 2 pounds off losing 4 stone in 16 months. That 16 months has been an education rather than a before or after statement
I've gone in stages, like
fad fast weight loss
putting some back on by going back to old ways
back to fad stuff (but losing very little second time round)
Adjusting fad stuff with meals I like
exercising more
(11 months in) deciding to divide up calories by weekly consumption, rather than day to day calculating and guilt process
The current stage I'm at, is I like what I eat every day, but I'm average 1000kcals a day. I need to get to the weight I want, and then talk myself into nearly doubling that, and convincing myself that it's ok
I think this is how you'll eventually do this yourself. I don't know anything about cigs, so I could handing out hideous advice, but you might get the e cig you like, then you might just have a day where you smoke the ones you like. You might do it twice a week, but it will be better than every day. Then you might just transition over full time to e cigs, then without really knowing in a years time, you might slowly start to stop, until you don't really know you have
