However my reaction is to the judge jury and executioner having already cast their verdicts, based on 'fact', before they've even played a competitive game.

I;ve no idea how any of them played tonight - hence the questions in my post. I'm sure you can appreciate I could've fallen flat on my face if they were 2 yard tap ins (and no time would've been wasted in telling me i'm sure) - I genuinely had just got in from playing golf (s**te, if you want to know - 33 over par)
